Telemerx and its software are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and brand you upload, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate your store.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties such as Telegram and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telemerx will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
