What the agents do#
Telemerx includes specialized AI crews. Among them:
- Customer support — answer product questions and triage requests 24/7
- Pricing intelligence — benchmark competitors and recommend prices
- Market analysis — research demand, trends, and positioning
- Growth — surface marketing and affiliate opportunities
Human-in-the-loop#
Agents never act unilaterally on high-impact decisions. When an agent proposes something significant — a price change, for example — it pauses and adds the action to an approval queue for you to accept or reject with feedback.
You stay in charge
Nothing the AI suggests goes live until you approve it. Every decision is recorded for review.
Enabling AI#
Turn on the AI module, then use the AI Assistant page to choose which crews to activate. Usage is governed by per-shop monthly budgets so costs stay predictable.
Quality and transparency#
Agent outputs are scored for quality and automatically retried if they fall short, and every run is traced end to end so you can see what the AI did and why.
