FAQ
How do I receive payments?
Connect Stripe, Telegram Stars, TON, or a crypto wallet in Settings. Payouts go directly to your own accounts — Telemerx never holds your funds.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans support custom domains such as shop.yourbrand.com, in addition to your free Telemerx subdomain.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Every shop runs on its own physically isolated database, so your catalog, orders, and customers are never mixed with another tenant's.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Your store runs as a Telegram Mini App inside an app they already have — there is nothing to download.
