Payments

Accept money the way your customers want to pay: online, on-chain, or on delivery.

Supported methods#

  • Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe Connect
  • Telegram Stars: native in-app payments
  • TON: mainnet payments to your verified receiving wallet
  • Cash on delivery: collect payment when the order arrives
  • In-store pickup: pay and check in with a QR code

NOWPayments is disabled

New NOWPayments payments and module subscriptions are unavailable. Historical payment records and authenticated webhooks remain available for reconciliation. You can still cancel an existing NOWPayments module subscription in payment settings.

Configuring a gateway#

Only the shop owner can manage Settings → Payments. Configure and enable the supported methods you want to offer; customers choose at checkout. TON requires the wallet verification steps below.

Verify your TON receiving wallet#

    Subscribe to the TON payment module and open Settings → Payments as the shop owner.

    Confirm that you are authorized to receive payments for the shop, then choose Connect and verify wallet.

    Approve the TON Connect verification request in a supported mainnet wallet: V3R2, V4R2, or V5R1.

    After verification succeeds, enable TON and save your settings.

Pasting an address or connecting without verification is not enough. Replacing the wallet disables new TON payments until you verify and enable it again. Existing invoices keep their original receiving address. A new shop owner must verify the wallet again.

Your money, your accounts

Payouts go directly to your own Stripe, wallet, or bank accounts. Telemerx never holds your funds.

Security#

Gateway credentials are encrypted at rest. Stripe and Telegram webhooks, and NOWPayments webhooks for historical payments, are authenticated before processing. TON verification confirms control of the wallet key at the time of verification.

Fees#

A per-transaction platform fee may apply depending on your plan. The exact rate is shown on the pricing page and in each order's breakdown.
