Track every order from checkout to fulfillment.

The order lifecycle#

Telemerx tracks orders across several independent dimensions so you always know exactly where each one stands:

  • Payment โ€” pending, paid, failed, or refunded
  • Fulfillment โ€” processing, shipped, delivered, or in-store pickup
  • After-sales โ€” delivered, returned, or issue reported

Managing orders#

From the Orders dashboard you can filter, search, and update status in bulk. Open any order to see its items, customer, shipping address, and full timeline.

Refunds and returns#

Process refund requests directly from the order detail view. For online gateways the refund is issued through the original provider; cash and pickup orders are reconciled manually.

Notifications#

Both you and your customer receive real-time Telegram notifications on every status change โ€” no email required.
