How it works#

Customers earn points on every purchase. As they accumulate points they climb membership tiers that can unlock multipliers and perks, and they can spend points on rewards you define.

Setting up your program#

   Enable the Loyalty module.

   Configure tiers with their point thresholds and multipliers.

   Add rewards to the catalog with their point costs.

   Publish — points start accruing on the next order.

The customer's loyalty hub#

Members get a branded hub inside your store showing their points balance, current tier, available rewards, and a full history of every point earned and redeemed.

Tracking and analytics#

Every transaction is logged for a complete audit trail, so you can see exactly how points are earned and spent across your customer base.
